Our Elk Salami is a blend of Elk Meat and Berkshire Pork - infused with Red Port Wine, Red Dutch Cacao Powder, and Pink Peppercorn. The salami is fermented and aged in a dry room for three months. Elk Salami is the newest addition to the Angel's Salumi Family.
