Marshall's Ghost Chili Apple Hot Sauce

We source local Honey Crisp apples from Baird Family Orchard at the beginning of apple season when the apples are the sweetest. It helps balance this sweet, spicy, tangy sauce. Perfect for making slaws and grilling. We source the Ghost Peppers from our fave Oregon hot pepper farmers, Westwind Gardens. We dry them in-house to bring out the fruity notes of the peppers.
