Angel's Nostrano House Salami

Our classic Italian-style Nostrano Salami is 100% Berkshire pork meat. It's fermented and then aged in a dry room for three months. We chose to capture the flavors of Northern Italy using coarsely ground Berkshire pork, black peppercorn, and red wine.
