I DECLARE DELICIOUSNESS! This is DTF's first truly mild sauce. We managed to capture the amazing flavor profiles of roasted shishitos, yuzu citrus, fresh shiso and the umami of miso, shitake and black garlic; it's a total mouthful of flavor (that's what she said).  

Heat Level: 1/10 Pairings: dumplings, rice bowls, chicken and tempura.
