Sea to Shore Wild Alaskan Smoked Coho Salmon

Hand harvested form the pristine waters of Southeast Alaska, our coho salmon is delicately smoked and hand packed into jars. Each jar contains 6.5 ounces of smoked coho salmon. There are no added oils, the oils you see are the salmon's own fats and oils that come out in the canning process. Each jar of smoked salmon provides traceability back to the fisherman who harvested it, offering a truly traceable seafood. Our smoked salmon jars are a shelf stable product - no freezing or refrigeration required until you open the package. Once open, refrigerate and consume within a week. There is skin on our smoked salmon, but no bones. It’s delicious right out of the jar.
